We do not tolerate Credit Card Fraud.  We work with a collection agency that specializes in adult businesses.  If you refuse to pay your credit card bill for a valid charge, you're fraudulent activity will be reported to all 3 major credit bureaus, and all information about your transaction will be turned over to the District Attorney in your state for prosecution. Your name will also be added to a Joint Data Base shared by a vast majority of the adult internet businesses so that other companies in this industry will refuse your calls.

We have enlisted the aid of a nationwide collection agency who will pursue these criminals and either collect on their accounts, or surrender our phone company records and transcripts to the FBI for criminal investigation.
