Home Visit From an Employee
I got a really big surprise this morning. An employee of mine showed up at my doorstep and demanded to know why he hasn’t gotten a raise. I stood there smiling in my white terry cloth robe while he was going on that he should be treated with some sort of special consideration after being Employee Of The Month for 3 straight months.
